As we are focussed on Old Delhi’s locations, Old Delhi is focussed on @mrrajatkapoor. Wherever we go, people can be heard saying “Yeh Shalini ka bhai tha na?” or “Obama wala.” Clearly, he’s used to all this and takes it like a pro with a big smile and humility. It’s so refreshing. The director who opens doors for an AD. I never thought I’d see the day. Never. But here it is. And that, kids, is why you never say never. Damn! That phrase has been ruined by Bieber.
Ankhon Dekhi is finding place in the papers. I think I’ll take it upon myself to create an IMDb page and add Trivia to it. There should be a comprehensive resource for people to know about the movie. Of course, I’ll have to tap dance around egg shells to make sure that nothing, which shouldn’t be shared ends up online. Otherwise, there goes my fledgling career. Then I would be doing travel videos because I had no choice and not because I love it to bits. Speaking of travel videos, I have to be honest, I was checking out places for my own travel videos as we went along. Lots of stock and inspiration. I can’t wait to visit Old Delhi with my own camera once this done. Just after covering Japan and Tajikistan! Fingers crossed.
In other news, I’m waiting for the day I can go to Ballimaran without having Kajrare stuck in my head. It’s still ringing in my head and that should explain the title. But, does anyone else have that experience – when you visit a place and it automatically comes with a soundtrack? Happens to me all the time. I love how the human brain works. But now, it’s time for the brain to shut down for the day.
See you later. With more of my Ankhon Dekhi.
